I was given bad advice. They received a deposit and forgot about me, their interest in me disappeared. I had to call them myself, asking what, how and where. They said that you can’t bring food or water on board, they offered to buy Duty Free, and there water 1.5 liters costs 3 euros, it’s good that UIA provided water and tea on board, although we were accompanied by passengers who were calmly traveling with mineral water . They recommended to take the euro to Turkey, although the dollar "goes" there. How can you be so incompetent.
