We contacted Join Up in Kyiv, Kharkov highway. I asked for the hotel to be in a bay and not far from the airport, the agency said that it was about 5 km from the airport to the hotel. The hotel was in the bay, but further, in addition, the agency did not warn us that the hotel has absolutely no recreational activities, so the hotel is for pensioners. I want to note the guide who accompanied us from the hotel to the airport on the way back, he told us a lot of useful information, we liked it. As for the agency itself, I can rate it no more than 8 out of 10.
