I chose this company because I liked the manager of the reservation department Elena Mitrukhova, she professionally selected a tour based on the criteria that I asked to take into account. And when we arrived in Egypt, I was convinced of this, because, at the request of the manager at the hotel, I provided an additional service that we did not pay for, namely a room with a sea view, fruit delivery to the room, it was very pleasant.
