I chose a travel agency based on my acquaintance with the guide - Victoria. I rode with her not for the first time and was 100% sure of the maximum pleasure from the trip. What a surprise awaited our group of 15 people when, when transferring to a small "excursion" bus in Budapest, we were met by a Hungarian of about 60 years old, who did not speak either Russian or English.
The provided bus was rusty, with faulty air conditioning and absolutely not adapted for excursions, or even just transporting passengers with luggage. The driver also did not know the route and could not figure out the GPS.
Here is such a "wonderful" organizer of our tour - Yulia Shiyanenko, who, apparently, "saved" well on us.
However, I want to express my deep gratitude to our guide - Victoria Chistoserdova for professionalism and dedication in this situation. Thanks to her, we were able to have a good rest for the rest of the tour.
