We chose an online travel agency. The reviews were positive, the rating is high, so we decided to try it. I booked a trip to Bulgaria with a friend. We came to the agency, agent Olga talked to us. In advance, we selected on the site a convenient option for us Resort-Hotel. The website says that the price includes hotel AND transfer. Counted us the cost of the tour, we paid. Since the journey is by bus, and this is a very difficult mode of transport, despite the fact that it takes 33-35 hours to go!, we decided to rebook the departure from Odessa. When they called Olga, she was already on vacation. We were connected to another consultant, we explained the situation. The next day we got a call back and were taken aback by the fact that Olga did not book a transfer for us. At the same time, she booked us a hotel for a longer period for the same amount.. And in general, she is not on vacation, but fired! I had to come and PAY extra for the transfer! At the same time, the agency smiled and said, they say, how good it is that you called back to clarify! otherwise we wouldn’t be able to put you on any bus !!! I note at the same time that the tour was bought in May for July! As a result, a package of documents was issued 2 days before departure, and then with a lot of hassle. This was followed by a strange incident just before boarding the bus. In the information form, the phone numbers were indicated not at all of our accompanying person, but of some other person. For half an hour we could not contact the bus to find out exactly what time they would pick us up. Further is better! Upon arrival in Bulgaria, we were met by the host travel agency Go2Holiday. During the transfer, we were informed that there were some problems with our hotel in Nesebar and we were being moved to the Azurro hotel, which, attention!, is located in SUNNY BEACH! Upon arrival at the hotel with a rather spoiled mood, because we chose Nessebar specifically because of its sights and the Old Town, at the reception we were told that there were no rooms available, we would have to spend the night in the apartment and move to another room the next day. When checking in, they didn’t give us any wristbands, as a result of which every time we entered the hotel we were asked who we were and where we were going))) we had to constantly show the key to confirm that we live here, and did not come to someone else’s hotel with incomprehensible purpose) In addition to everything, our representative, indicated in the information left at the reception along with the phone number and Photo of the representative, did not appear at the meeting with us. We went down to the lobby 15 minutes before the indicated time, waited an hour and did not meet anyone. When asked at the reception where you can call from, they made us round eyes and answered that they only have a corporate phone, and no one could answer where the mail or payphone was. I had to buy a local mobile operator card to call and arrange a second meeting! And we bought it by the way, because the WiFi in the hotel turned out to be free only at the reception (this despite the fact that when choosing a hotel, we specifically looked at hotels with free WiFi in the rooms), and he barely crawled)) and 1GB of Internet was given on the map. To our questions about the fact that we were settled in another RESORT, no one answered anything intelligible. Both travel agencies answered "It happens"! And at the same time, no one even apologized! In general, the vacation was not very good, taking into account all the hassle, the resort is more expensive than we expected, as well as the tour itself in the end (after all, the site had one price, but in the end, due to an oversight of the agent, they paid 1400 hryvnia more!). I will not contact this travel agency again in my life, and even more so I do not recommend her to my friends. We will travel through a trusted travel agency. Thanks for attention)))
