My husband and I live in another country. They came to Ukraine to visit their relatives. They wanted to go to the sea with them to warmer climes. There is no particular desire to describe the whole situation in full, I will only say that we did not manage to go anywhere. In this travel agency - "asanny travel" (office on Pushkinskaya street) we were never able to pick up and offer at least some kind of offer in time. They referred to the fact that since we are not citizens of Ukraine, they are forced to send a request for prices for selected hotels. I think, okay, let's wait. well, a day, well, two ... I understand everything, but sorry, wait 11 days, and then also with problems to take the deposit (30% of the tour cost just in case), which they wanted to leave, motivating them with the "done" work (after After a long hassle, they offered to go only to our relatives, and we either did not go anywhere, or flew through our country).
Waste of time, money and nerves. It would be better to go to another company.
Maybe this is an isolated case, but believe me, we didn’t plan to spend our vacation like that.
