Dear tourists! Resting in Bodrum, my tour operator "Turtess" offered a tour service. Vouchers are expensive for 75-80 dollars. for 1 day in Ephesus and the island of Cleopatra. Travel experiences are positive. But we can not do without a fly in the ointment in a barrel of honey! Guides from "Mostrevel" (according to agreements unknown to us, we already ended up with this operator), Yulia and Alper - well done !!!!, enthusiasts and professionals. But the managers of the firm - sucks!!! Departure from the hotel at 5.10 and 5.30 and 1.5 hours trip to collect tourists in one big bus - just a mockery! The breakfast we paid for was a nightmare!!! The eatery in Mugla by the road is dirty, the food is lousy, the prices for something similar to edible are high. Of course, lunch will already seem fantastic, but it doesn’t pull on 3. Chicken on a pleasure boat is an excellent food for fish. The organizers of the tours have a problem - to pack the buses and make money. Our compatriots believe that they will please on a long journey with the cries of children, tortured by the heat, the movement of the bus and their complete indifference to people nearby. Children aged 1 and under 5 years old, who are on the bus with their mothers, went over their ears all the time. It is not difficult to guess that the return to the hotel was at 20.00 - after all, the morning action was repeated, the transport of tourists to hotels and lucky units that had hotels closest to the route. Saved on everything!!! The cost of such a trip actually included half of the amount paid. And for the discomfort, the operator owes us!!!! And further! Who is going to go to the dolphins. It's a complete scam!!! Forget about bathing for 10 minutes, 2 or 3 minutes at most! Pay attention to your guide. Our Dasha brought to the place, did not explain anything and went off to drink coffee. As a result, we were left without the promised video shooting. And further. All guides have a well-established method of extinguishing the indignation of tourists - we got up before you, we drove longer than you, we are already tired, we will have to work for many more hours! This position is convenient - for our money we have become the culprits of the overwork of the tour operator !!!! BRAVO!!! BIS!!!!
