I really regret using this agency. I read good reviews and chose them. Yes, nice girls with a nice voice, but completely unprofessional and not interested in the result for the client. . . Alas. . . The main thing is to receive the entire amount for the tour and air tickets. At this stage, full activity and interest. And then - zero. . . I submitted all the documents for a visa and only a week later they were submitted to the visa center (for some reason, without explanation), as a result of a waste of time. At each meeting, the girls forgot something and drove me back to another part of the city for a document, etc. They convinced me to buy tickets, it's cheaper. Moreover, if a visa is denied, the cost of the ticket is returned, they clearly wrote in the letter. In fact, the tickets are non-refundable. The cost of transferring to another date is higher than the cost of the original ticket. And there is no refund at all. Of the money paid to the agency (tour, hotel, air flight, etc.) - this is more than 600 euros - 51 euros were returned to me. It looked like spit. But of course, they did it, as always, nice and with a smile))) And they said that it was the first time for them - non-refundable tickets for the first time, a delay in obtaining a visa for the first time, forgetfulness in everything - for the first time) And I have such a huge negative experience, too, for the first time.
