Everything was in order with the agency in terms of service, I didn’t like the work of the Join up tour operator, the flight was postponed for 16 hours, then for 30, then for 40, in the end, the paid dinner was taken away from us and no compensation for the whole bus of tourists. It was like this: the bus picked up tourists from the airport, and when there were 20 km left to the hotel, the bus turned around and took people back to the airport. I thought that the tourist was lost, but as it turned out, the representative of Join up appeared and said, "I'm sorry, I forgot to say goodbye to you," when we nevertheless arrived at the hotel, 3 minutes after dinner ended. There was such a game, the original divorce, I had not seen this before, they said that everything was done in this way by agreement of our representatives from Kiev.It was such a disgusting thing, this is the only thing that spoiled the mood.
