1. Make an effort to send the client at the time for which he bought a ticket from you. We were unable to travel to Bulgaria several times, because you answered that the embassy does not issue a visa. (You should have seen the smirk of the hotel administrator at our explanation).

Because of this, we left a week later.

2. Keep your promises, or don't make promises you don't intend to keep.

This applies to the distance to the sea and breakfast.

3. Be especially careful with families with children, especially children with disabilities. If you have a deficiency of conscience and you settle a disabled person a kilometer from the sea, then make up for this with an excess of mind. Just keep your obligations and promises carefully.
