Tour to Prague, 29.12-3.01, departure from Lviv. The problems started even before the departure, when, when boarding the bus, we found that our seats were not there. We have 49-50, and in the bus 46!!! The guide took a long time to figure it out, until the drivers told us that in this bus the numbering of seats starts from the second row. It was all the time we were on our nerves, later they didn’t even apologize to us! The second "surprise" was waiting for us when we checked into the hotel. Check-in at 14.00, we arrived at 15.15, while half of the rooms were not ready ... People spent almost a day on the road (many took trains to Lviv). They asked those who received the numbers to just sit. At the same time, our guide did not even try to somehow solve the problem. The main excuse is "what can I do?quot;! People were dissatisfied, greatly indignant.
The next "bonus" from the boomerang is a transfer to a boat trip. Firstly, no one warned us that we would get there by public transport, and even for our own money!!! The guide did not know how to buy tram tickets, people figured it out themselves, bought expensive tickets in the store. Outrage knew no bounds!
Excursion to Dresden, 31 December. The organization, like the whole trip, is "at the highest level", as a result, we return to the hotel with an hour delay, ahead of the celebration of the New Year. A "transfer" was also provided to the restaurant. At the entrance to the hotel, the guide kindly offers us to take us to the restaurant already or we can get ready, but then we'll go by taxi !!! People began to resent, as everyone wanted to put themselves in order after the tour. The guide refused to call the restaurant to warn of our lateness, as a result, we were going very quickly. We were delivered to the restaurant, almost on time (although as it turned out later, it was possible to come later if the guide had called). On the way, the guide persuaded us to go back by taxi for 10 euros, as they (drivers and guide) also want to celebrate. Some people categorically refused, saying that we paid for the transfer, take it - this is your job. At the agreed time, we were taken away with VERY dissatisfied faces)))) People who fell for her persuasion to go by taxi told in the morning how they got by trams on New Year's Eve. Since the cost of a taxi was 40 euros.
And the last - a trip to Karlovy Vary. It was the apogee of the quality work of the guide. No one knew whether this trip was mandatory or not, paid or free. Initially, this trip looked like this - we check out of the hotel and all go to Karlovy Vary, free of charge, there, if desired, excursions for an additional fee. Who does not go, he gets to some district and waits for the bus there. As a result, already sitting on the bus, we find out that the tour is paid (35 euros) and it is not necessary to go, the bus will pick up the rest in the city!!! It was funny, people on the bus were yelling to stop the bus and that they weren't going anywhere, so they thought it was a must...
You can safely call the cantor just a carrier that provides transport services, and not a travel company!
The guide is a different story. My name is Irina, I don't remember her last name. She did not solve anything and did not even try, there is zero information from her. There was no feeling that it somehow provides us, tourists, with comfort !!! And we, by the way, paid money for it!
In general, something like this. We didn’t spoil our vacation, because we know how to close our eyes and enjoy) But I would not advise this "travel agency" to anyone, at least - find out who your guide is.
