If you want to get on your nerves - here you are!

Last year we used the services of this company and relied on the same service, but it did not work out from the beginning. The operator promised to accommodate the company in one hotel in different rooms and this was the defining condition of the contract, but on the last day we were faced with the fact that it will not work under any circumstances, without any explanation. Live and eat in different hotels and resorts. The mood was spoiled before the trip. During the negotiations, the administrator repeatedly rude to customers, which is simply unacceptable. The driver also joined the rudeness while boarding a bus in Kyiv.

There are no questions about the tour itself, but the accompaniment is terrible. On the first day we arrived in Mykulychyn at 6 am, but we did not have time to buy ski passes at a discount due to unorganized travel and equipment rental.

On the last day, the bus just passed us on the 1st lift in Bukovel, although the attendant was informed by us by phone, where we are waiting for her.

The most interesting thing is that on the way home the drivers picked up passengers from Blablacar to fill in the blanks on the bus and make some more money on them. I consider it unacceptable in such tours. I wonder if this is a conspiracy with a tour operator, or an arbitrary decision?

The price for the tour after the increase is no different from the average in Kiev.

The only thing that saved this tour from complete failure - the Carpathians and Bukovel, but the organizers have nothing to do with it.
