Good afternoon!

We went with Yastreb-Tour to Gribovka on 08/08/18 and back on 08/16/18, the impressions are very mixed. The main criterion for choosing a carrier was comfortable transport, which we have repeatedly focused on and company representatives assured that all their vehicles are new and in good technical condition. We got there without complaints, a good bus, driver, escort, but what we were given on the way back can hardly be called a bus, more like a trough on wheels. An ancient ecarus in which the coating on the floor was torn off, the chairs are laid out through one, in our places there were no plugs that hide bolts, etc., because of this, the child repeatedly injured his legs. And the highlight is a non-working air conditioner and a hatch with a broken latch, which kept closing!!! I don’t think it’s necessary to tell what the temperature was in the cabin when the air temperature outside was +30 and in what condition people arrived in Kyiv.

Conclusion from the trip:

1. Absolute non-compliance price-quality

2. Carrier from the category "as lucky
