Bad tour operator!!! Pay for stress!

Good afternoon, I DO NOT RECOMMEND!!!!!

My name is Isabelle, 06/19/2020-06/22/2020 was in the Carpathians through this travel agency.

1. The prices for the tour in the program are not relevant, it was written 250, on the spot I paid 350 UAH.

2. The program changes upon arrival, it is called where they will "shove" there and you will go, moreover, they throw off the uncle's number, such as call yourself, negotiate.

3. I DID NOT GO TO Hoverla!!! They said choose the day Sat or Sun, as a result, there weren’t enough people for the whole day, I was told if you want, instead of 400 UAH, pay 1300 with an individual guide. They just said the weather is bad, no one wants to go, on Sat it was the same, people went, on Monday they were also going to go, but I left on Sun in the evening.

4. They didn’t compensate for my problems in any way, they speak familiarly, not professionally, they call at 23 pm to tell me what time to get up and where to go.

My advice, do not go to Yastreb Tour, pay for the stress, with such success it is better to go there alone, without the help of a tour operator.

I will never go with them again!
