We chose the New Year's tour to the Carpathians, the buses are certainly not the first freshness, but there are no special complaints. We settled in a good hotel, which has everything you need, I really liked the food (pleasantly surprised). Regarding the excursions, there are mixed impressions: the guide Nikolai is an expert in his field, he tells interesting and understandable. We were on two excursions, on the first I liked everything in general, but on the second it was not clear ... The excursion program stated: "Residence of St. Nicholas + masters of ceramics." We never saw the masters of ceramics. After the residence of St. Nicholas, we were taken to the city of Kolomyia, where they said that there are 2 museums here, whether you want to go or not, and they gave us 2 hours to have lunch and walk along the hundred meters and look at the town hall.
The biggest disappointment is the organization of the trip to Bukovel. We went with the goal of learning how to ski! In the info sheet it was indicated - literally: "Bukovel instructor for beginners (from 1290 UAH for 2 hours of training in a group of 1 person. The group is cheaper, more details on the Bukovel website);". When everyone got on the bus and moved to Bukovel, there were no announcements and questions for tourists from the accompanying (guide) Victor! After we were brought to the resort itself, to the question: "where is the instructor?quot;, the escort answered that it was in the center of Bukovel (we were brought to the very end of the resort, who knows - near the 15th lift). And that he is not obliged to ask everyone how they ride, and whether they need an instructor, and in general he is not responsible for us! Of course, no one was going to take us to the center. Dear Victor, I did not buy a complex tour in order to organize skiing lessons for myself!!! If you indicate that there is an instructor there, then please check with your clients, maybe they still need someone! The result of such unprofessionalism and indifference was the loss of money for the purchase of Ski-passes (which were never used, due to the fact that the slopes to which we were brought are designed for people who already know how to ski), spoiled mood and half a day of aimless sitting on the bus waiting for everyone to ride!!
Thank you "Hawk Tour" for a great vacation!!
