A company with surprises that you learn about after the fact.

We went by bus to the Black Sea coast. We went there on a comfortable bus (that's why we chose them, my husband has a bad back), there is a sign on the glass, which allows you to quickly find the bus in the parking lot. The coordinator Tatyana clearly explained how we would go, where we were staying. An adequate driver who tried to comfortably deliver to the destination. Everything is great here, but there are also disadvantages.

What I didn’t like was: 1. They forgot to warn us that they would drop us off at the bus stop (stop Parus, Gribovka resort) in fact, in the middle of the field at the fork, from which we go 2 km to our resting place. According to the manager, buses cannot pass there with their overall dimensions because of the gas pipe (I interviewed all the locals - no one knows about it, a paradox), while two large buses drove past us, which did not interfere. 2. On the way back, we were picked up by a bus similar to the old Ekarus, which rattled all the way and was frankly not comfortable, which was very disappointing. My husband arrived with terrible back pain, but with a headache.

3. The manager, with whom I spoke on the day of departure, to clarify where we will be dropped off, because I did not find such a point on the map, snorted: "Did you receive SMS? So what else do you want?quot; At this point, I really wanted to change the carrier.

I conclude that when ordering a trip from a company, you can expect unpleasant surprises, alas.
