I'll tell you about the travel agency "Yana Tour" which I found by chance on the Internet when I didn't know how to travel with a child to the Crimea. Now I am in Yalta and I can safely write about it. There were no tickets at the railway station, and because of the situation in our city, we had to leave urgently. I found a phone and called. The girl picked up the phone and said that there were places for Tuesday, but it was said nervously and irritably. But I didn't care, I went to them. I arrived at the Central Department Store, a guy followed me and we went up to the office (by the way, I wouldn’t have found them myself). I paid for the ticket, they didn’t take money for the child, my son is 2 years old and he was riding in his arms. On Tuesday morning they called me and said that the bus would be at 19.00 on "Auchan" I went at the appointed time. But there was no bus at 19 or 20, but I wasn’t scared, because there were 20 people like me. Everyone was nervous, called somewhere, and what was our surprise when this couple from the office appeared on the horizon and approached to us. We were very correctly explained why there is no bus. It turned out that our bus was coming from Lugansk and it was not an easy road, but we steadfastly continued to wait. All this time these young people were with us and comforted us as best they could. And lo and behold, at about 9 pm our bus arrived and we left. The road was not very easy, we stood at the border control for about 7 hours, but everyone stood like that. There are a lot of people who want to go to the Crimea, because everyone is probably running. Now we are here in the Crimea and I can write a review about the work of the Yasna Tour travel agency, maybe someone reads it and it will be useful to someone. I am very pleased that I bought a ticket from them, I am very pleased that I was able to take my son out of our city. I want to say thank you to the staff for being who you are. You are only rude on the phone, but when meeting you, you are very sociable and sociable, and most importantly, honest. If I ever use the services of travel agencies again, I will definitely come to you. Thanks.
