Travel agency "Bright World" chose on the recommendation of a friend. Despite the fact that I live in Kyiv and the travel agency is located in Lviv, the manager Iryna immediately understood as a result of a telephone conversation what kind of vacation I want and how much I expect. I was looking for a budget vacation, for me the main thing was the gorgeous sea, warm sand and sun. Ira dropped the link to the hotel and said on the phone that I might not like it in these hotels, did not exaggerate or decorate anything. I chose a hotel on the first shore line with a beautiful beach, dumped Ira's money on the card, and she in turn gave me a ticket, insurance, ticket and more. The staff of the tour operator greeted me well, I settled in the hotel in 3 minutes, probably because I arrived at the hotel at 23.00. Throughout the holiday, Irina kept in touch with me via the Internet.

After returning from vacation, Ira called me, asked how the holiday went, how it flew, how they fed at the hotel.
