My birthday is February 5th. I wanted rest. Beautiful. Memorable. We decided to book. Winter in Europe? No desire to freeze or run through puddles for jet guides. Thailand, UAE? There wasn't enough money at the time. Let's go to the girls in Yarta. They suggested thinking about Egypt. For a long time I climbed respected sites, looked at reviews, descriptions - I chose a few. As a result, the agency settled on the Movenpick Taba Resort (Taba due to its proximity to Israel). Since they took their daughter with them, it turned out 1770 bucks for three. In general, the company with us was already solid - there were 7 of us in total.

Nothing foreshadowed surprises until the revolution broke out in Egypt. It became somehow uncomfortable. Arriving at the agency, they said about their doubts about their integrity, so to speak. They immediately called the Kyiv TezTour. They promised to rebook to another side. But it was Saturday. On Sunday we had to leave in order to catch a plane from Sevastopol to Kyiv. As we were promised, on Sunday. we didn't leave. Instead, they chose Turkey - Dolphin Palace Deluxe Resort, with a departure from Sevastopol to Kyiv on Monday.

On Monday morning we were in Yart, the daughters call Tez about the rebooking mechanism, and from there - and who promised you this. Here we all sat down ... Repkin's painting "sailed" as they say! We no longer have time to fly to Egypt, or go to Simferopol by plane - Simferopol-Kyiv, in order to catch Kyiv-Taba on February 01 or money tu-tu ...

And then desperate negotiations between Yarta and Tez began. What happened that day, the girls spent half a day on the phone, did a lot of work on the camp, even called Egypt twice, resolved issues with the local Teza office and the hotel. In general, everything was decided, the girls made documents at their own peril and risk, it was just not known how everything would turn out, it was then that everyone went along the beaten path of rebooking, and with us everything was decided along the way, no one knew anything. But nevertheless, Yarta decided everything!!! And also a great gratitude to TezTour for giving me the opportunity to change the tour to Turkey, and moreover, they RETURNED THE DIFFERENCE IN THE COST OF THE TOUR TO THE ACCOUNT!!!

In general, many thanks to Yarta and personally to Tatyana Bronislavovna, Anya, Lena !!! Next time our company will increase to 10 people. Let's go to Paris. And of course only through Yarta!!!
