Avoid this company.

Maybe I was unlucky, but that's how it happened.

Booked for vacation. a tour to Hoverla on Constitution Day from 27.06 to 1.07. 2019.

A booking confirmation was received by mail with a cost of 2250 UAH. For some reason, the Ethnotour company sent an invoice already for 2500 UAH (the price was not discussed either in correspondence or over the phone. Deciding not to pay attention to the little things, I paid for the tour and went to work in anticipation of a vacation.

On 27.06 I arrived at the gathering place of the group, as it was indicated in the information list at 19-30. The bus did not arrive at the specified time.

Despite booking the tour on June 13, I got a magical penultimate seat on the bus at number 48 and everything would be fine, only the seat was out of order (did not unfold), which is why going out during a stop on the street was perceived as a holiday and was not missed. During these stops, I noticed that the driver, despite the duration of the trip, was alone. Moreover, upon arrival in the morning, the same driver took the group on an excursion to Solotvyno. That is, at least from 19-30 to 17-00 he drove the bus without rest.

To my remark, the representatives of the company announced a day later that there were two drivers, one got out on the way (funny).

Settlement. Hutsulshchyna Hotel

Some young man met us and gave us a key with the number 32 on the tag, said "5th floor".

Having risen to the fifth floor, I found rooms without numbers. One open, four closed.

Having guessed the quest, I discovered that my number was just open, because it simply does not close. Take a shower off the road!

But there is no hot water. It can be cold, but water flows from the shower from anywhere, except from where it should.

You start to look closely at the hotel and realize that you have been placed in a fiery trap. The entire fifth floor is a dead end, made of wood, there is a photo, hardly impregnated with fire impregnation, not a single fire extinguisher or emergency exit.

The roommate was the only driver mentioned above.

The next day, an excursion to Hoverla was planned at a cost of 550 UAH. Having handed over the money and not having received any check, he came to the room and fell asleep.

At the time of departure at 7:45 am on June 29, I called the guide and asked to wait 3 minutes, because I was forced to stay. Exactly three minutes later I called the guide again, seeing that no one was waiting for me, I received an answer that the money for the tour would be returned to me.

Since the rest provided to me by the Ethnotour company turned out to be not comfortable and not safe, I decided to leave it prematurely, which I immediately informed the guide by SMS. I took a train ticket and left.

After lengthy negotiations, I was returned 550 UAH, not used as a fee for the tour.

I demand full compensation for the cost of the tour + the cost of railway tickets = 3000 UAH.

- whether the travel agency or the carrier provided by the travel agency has the right to provide a bus with one driver.

- whether the travel agency has the right to provide accommodation that does not comply with safety rules.
