My husband and I went on the tour "Secrets of the Khust Castle", I bought the tour via the Internet at the Ethnotour agency in Kyiv, I chose it myself, looked according to the description. I did not communicate with the agency staff who could specifically tell something about the tour. Initially, I left a request on their website, after a while the manager Elena called me back, said that there were still places for this excursion, she offered me to send information about this trip by mail, which was no different from the one that was on the site. I did not have any unique communication with the manager of this agency, standard, ordinary communication. We liked the tour itself. The most positive feedback about our guide Alexander. As for the transfer, the bus was not very comfortable, and it broke down on the way ... The plus was that after 8-10 minutes a new bus arrived for us. The bus driver was good and helpful.
