Due to the fact that I already got into a dishonorable tour operator who canceled the New Year's tour, I was looking for a more responsible one and clarified precisely the responsibility under the contract on the part of the agency. The "cute" operator was literally enough for 3 sentences, in response to my question I received "Chat is closed by the operator."
