For this New Year (30.12 to 02.01.11) we went to Lviv, bought a ticket from the travel agent SPD Orlov T.M. TOUR2Kiev. And as always, they are trying to deceive us.

It all started already when boarding the so-called "comfortable bus", which turned out to be an ordinary minibus, which can be reached from Kyiv to Irpin or Vasilkov, and it takes 9 hours to go. Seats were ordered side by side, and we were seated in single seats on the side. Guide smiling said: "Well, it's close." You can imagine how comfortable it was to travel. We arrived in Lviv around 9.00 am. There are no complaints about the hotel (Reikartz), everything is fine. We pre-ordered and paid for the New Year's program, we were told that there would be not just a banquet, but a New Year's program. We came to the banquet, and they told us: "You are not on the lists." We are just in shock, and begin to find out what's wrong. Mood, not before the holiday. They found out everything, they said "technical overlay" and seated at the end of the table, having delivered 2 devices. New Year's program - these are two musicians playing the ionic. On the day of departure, too, was not without incomprehensible moments. Leaving the hotel, the guide, after interviewing the group, was told that the departure was at 21.00. And we went for a walk. In the evening it turns out that several people with a guide agreed to go at 17.00, but no one said anything to us, and in the end everyone was nervously waiting for us when we would arrive. The guide told the group that she called everyone and everyone knows everything. No matter how. And again, a terrible way home in a "comfortable bus."

Impressions from Lviv are simply wonderful, they cannot be spoiled even by the disgusting organization of a tour trip.
