Review of the travel agency Ethnotour

The tour operator is cool, the girl who sold us the tour, no questions, everything was very cool. Questions were about the tour itself and the guide. I went on a bus tour called "Love and Doves!". Firstly, it was indicated that we were going for a clear number of days: 2 days in Paris, a day in the Czech Republic and everything else. But in fact, we arrived at 4 pm in Paris and until 4 in the afternoon were in Paris the next day and left. We arrived in Prague at about one in the morning and were told that we were leaving the hotel at 9. Excursion at 7 am and we have to go by train to Prague itself. We arrived at one o'clock and, of course, at 7 no one will get up to go look at Prague, where at such a time there is nothing special to see. Well, we left at 10. The Czech Republic was turned on for us, so that we just drove through it. I had a birthday and I did not plan that they would congratulate me, and I did not know that someone would be congratulated. But there the guys also had birthdays. Three were congratulated, but I was forgotten. Then the next day they said that they would congratulate me, but I was no longer interested. Three days later, the guide reports that he gave excursions to those who had birthdays, those who did not have them - they can go for free. We didn’t go to them, but it’s very unpleasant that they didn’t congratulate us normally. There was no toilet on the bus and stopping every 3.5 hours is a lot of time. It's unpleasant, we pay money for the tour, but we get such an attitude.

It is necessary to more correctly indicate information about the excursion: stay in each city.
