Travel agency: ЭтноСвит (Kyiv) Service type: экскурсионный тур |
I chose Ethnosvit company because they offer many interesting 1-2 day tours in Ukraine. In connection with the coronovirus pandemic, the eyes of many tourists turned in this direction: the minimum number of days on the road and the minimum number of contacts on the road.
The company has representative offices in Kyiv and Lvov.
The site is well done, everything is detailed. When ordering a tour, you immediately receive a notification to the viber and the number of the current account to which you can transfer money. Everything is white, legal. In the column "purpose of payment" clearly stated "For travel services". This pleases me, because I have more than once come across the fact that they ask me to transfer money to a card to a private person, do not write an appointment. This worries me. Everything is fine here, they quickly give confirmation of the booking and you don’t even need to go to the office.
The tour "Park necklace of Chernihiv region" is one-day, intense. The tour guides are amazing! The bus is great "with climate control, leather seats and a lot of space between the seats".
The only thing that should be paid attention to is the organization of the tour itself. People, even at the stage of booking, should clearly know where and when they can dine. For some reason, in Turkey and Egypt, this is known right away? I am already modestly silent about the fact that lunch is included in the cost of the tour there, and by the way, the prices in Ukraine and Turkey for such tours have already become equal. But even if we omit this moment, then people just need to be given the opportunity to eat, since information is poorly absorbed on an empty stomach.
In our tour, departure from Kyiv was at 8.00 am. To arrive at the gathering place of the group, almost everyone got up at 6.00. The first stop was on the way to Kachanovka already at 9.00. The stopping place was equipped with civilized toilets, cafes and pavilions on the street. It was high time to have breakfast "especially a cafe on the principle of "Pot-bellied Hut" with normal prices and amazing smells", but we were given only 15 minutes to use the toilet. And we arrive in Kachanovka at 12.00, already, of course, very hungry. There are cafes and amenities in Kachanivka, they give us time to either have breakfast or lunch. But the problem is that we have another 3 hours of excursions in the fresh air, and then moving to Trostyanets, where there are no cafes or shops, there are two hours of excursions and immediately back home. We should arrive in Kyiv already at 21.00.
Wouldn't it be better to let people have breakfast at the first stop, calmly drink a cup of coffee, come to Kachanovka and immediately go on an excursion? And after the tour, give the opportunity to have a quiet lunch in Kachanovka, where everything is there for this and the time is already around 15.00? Well-fed and satisfied tourists can go further to the Trostyanets dendrological park and, even after walking around it for two hours, they would still have enough strength to calmly return to Kyiv. And so, the group swept away all the pies from the villager who sold them at the entrance to the Trostyanetsky park, and chewed them on the go, listening to the guide with one ear, which is ugly in relation to a magnificent woman, just an encyclopedia person.
Therefore, I would like to wish the company's managers to drive along the route themselves, draw up a clear tour program, and not discuss or change it along the way with tourists. Immediately register on the site that check-out at 8.00, breakfast at 9.00, Kachanovka at 12.00, etc.
I wish the company to develop and eliminate minor shortcomings.
