This week we again decided to contact this company for a trip to the Dominican Republic, but were unpleasantly surprised.

Elena Grek no longer worked.

To my question on the phone, the girl replied that she was very busy now, and asked me to send the parameters by email. I found out that my email was received and the application was being considered five hours later. The girl was released. Oh miracle.

To my phrase that plane tickets are expensive ($1800 per person), I was advised to choose hotels not 3 but 5!!! stars, which, logically, is even more expensive (if this is such a sense of humor, you would have warned).

No other alternatives were offered, on the contrary, it was stated that these were the cheapest tickets. Although we independently found tickets for 1250 and 1600 USD. per person.

I understand everything, people are busy, in a bad mood, but this is not a reason to dismiss customers who have been using the services of this company for a long time. Neither I nor my relatives will go there again. There is an emergency, a lot of orders, but isn't it better to hire a few new people than to beat off the desire to continue cooperation with such a service?

I hope that this is all temporary, and in the future the company will again be a benchmark among travel agencies.
