I'll start with the organizational company Elite Tour..

We had a large group of children, 2 buses .. the director of the company Huseynova T was present at the information meeting, they collected documents, money and told their parents what awaits the children in the camp .. and on the way to Bulgaria ..

1. Travel time is 24-26 hours (maybe more if there are long queues at customs) it's all clear .. In fact, it turned out 30 hours !!! This despite the fact that all customs passed very quickly !!! Well, 24 hours would not have worked out in any way .. why lie? Parents, while we were on the road, "cut off" all the phones.

2. When we arrived at the appointed place and time, I was in shock! The first from the bus, which is already 17 years old!!! So he was still very uncomfortable! The seats are very small and narrow, the passage between the rows is 40 cm ... it was impossible to sit, not to mention lying down !!!!! I was reassured and told at the landing that this is the only bus in which it is possible to fully expand the seats ... of course, no one allowed us to expand them!!!! There were 2 old TVs on the bus and they didn’t have any cartoons or films at all ....

3. Steward ... initially at the meeting, Huseynova promised that this person would ensure the comfort of the children's trip .. order lunch, collect passports, regulate stops .. As a result: Bozhena, that was the name of our steward, could not find ours and another girl documents when boarding (permission from parents), at that moment I experienced severe stress, the lady did not even apologize and did not try to calm me down, after she found it .. Periodically she remembered that she needed to keep order, turned her head and yelled at the whole bus -Syayade !!! I told someone to sit down!!! This is if the child tried to get up from his seat, after 30 hours everyone was ready not only to get up, but in principle to go on foot !!! Toilets are a separate issue. We stopped at paid Romanian toilets at night, of course there was no Romanian currency and everyone endured until they found another toilet or bushes !!! At night, a little girl asked to go to the toilet, to which I received the answer: Well, we can’t stop ... I had to talk to her differently .. Lunch that Bozena ordered for a weak trio (meatball soup is nothing like that, but chicken with rice is just slop .. neither bread nor salad nor tea, water or compote was included in the price of 69 UAH..

4. arrived .. they left the suitcases at the reception and took us to the dining room .. the kids ate, everything is fine, thank you. after we were tired and exhausted, we waited for our rooms for another 3 hours !!!! The next good news was that the elevator does not work!!! We got the 6th floor and unrealistically heavy suitcases, we had to ask the older children to help us drag them..

5. meeting with a representative of the tour company Artem .. a guy came and started telling that everything is so bad, they don’t have time, a big race and blah blah blah .. we are not interested guys !!! It's your problems! And this is your shitty organization of work !!! Children's camp: before you check in, they make an inventory of the room .. so that everything is whole and everything is in place, if not, then you need to indicate this in the protocol !!! God forbid it falls off or breaks!!! Penalties! Why not for children!

6. The beach and the pool... the sea is very good, the descent to the sea is not convenient, you need to wade through the stones.. the lifeguard sits on the second line of the beach, and while he goes down to save someone.... it will take a lot of time ..so that the group leaders remain the main caretakers.. in the pool the same story.. there is a boy on the slide, he just controls the flow of children.. but no one watches the children in the pool..

7. Animation .. oh, this is generally a separate issue .. if you are talented, attend a circle, take a costume and boldly go on stage .. but if you are under 10 years old and you are just a child, but you want to go on stage, it doesn’t matter how extras , to be in some role .. it's unreal !!! we took the children to the animation center for three days in a row ... and received an answer, come tomorrow, come tomorrow .. the kids hung up their noses already .. I had to go to the animation manager and ask personally , after 2 hours the children put on a short dance! A trifle, but nice!!!! Thanks!!! Then the whole picture was repeated again .. In the evening there were concerts, at the end of the trip they were already a little tired and the children just ran around in the territory ..

8. Order in the camp .. get ready for the fact that the elevator will not work and you will have to walk to the 7th floor !!! Be prepared for the fact that you will sleep in an eternal madhouse! Children running along the corridors, jumping and screaming in the rooms .. and around the clock! I didn’t understand at all when they were sleeping ... they called security to calm them down, but it didn’t help for long ...

9. Nutrition. The food is delicious, there was enough of everything, simple homemade food) from the minuses - terrible unsanitary conditions !!!! The trays stink horribly...the cutlery compartments are very dirty!!! Small room, big crowd...

10. Departure ... initially we traveled a certain route through Chernivtsi, and circumstances arose that we had to get off on the way back to Kamenetz Podolsky, three days before departure, I visited the Elite Tour office 30 times!! Specifying which route we will return to.. Artur and Sergey contacted the Kiev office, but they didn’t give any clear information there.. the guys reassured and said that everything would be all right. change route! A simply senile situation began, the drivers were not opposed to driving through Chernivtsi, but some ladies of our bus decided to take the initiative into their own hands and, of course, no one went through Chernivtsi !!! As a result, I had to go to Odessa and return to Kamenetz !!!! This once again shows the very poor organizational work of the company Elite Tour!!! You will not receive intelligible information from anyone !!!! Dear parents and just vacationers... after reading my comment, think 100 times whether you need to use the services of this office, and feel free to look for a company that provides quality services!!!
