Fesenko Tatyana Yaroslavovna - director of the travel agency "Elentur", took money (4000 USD) for the tour, did not provide services, does not return the money. Apparently, she has connections in law enforcement agencies, because a criminal case has been opened against her under article 190 of the Criminal Code, paragraph 1 (Fraud), but her activities have not been suspended .. She continues to deceive customers who are seduced by the cheapness of the proposed tours. Be careful! Don't listen to her talk about how many clients she has and how much they appreciate her! Not a single tour operator in Kyiv works with her, except for "7 Meridian", who himself clearly has financial difficulties and, possibly, is involved in Tatyana Fesenko's scams.
