I purchased a ticket for 9 nights to Bulgaria, to Sozopol from this travel agency, the tour operator is TK-WELT. Ticket prices are more expensive than in other travel agencies, the hope was that the service would be of high quality. The departure was terrible: instead of the declared bus Poltava-Sozopol with a departure at 13:00 there was a bus Odessa-Varna at 19:00. Starting from 10 am, the route and departure time changed every 2 hours, there is no need to talk about seats. There were also difficulties at the borders, especially on the Bulgarian one. A queue of 2 buses (ours is the second one) created a "problem" for 3 and a half hours. At the same time, tourists from other cities (Vinnitsa, Kyiv), who used the services of TESS TOUR, went through customs in half an hour and left by us. As a result, the bus took us only to Golden Sands, and then we were taken by car to our resorts. Moreover, 7 people were shoved into a car designed for 5 people (1 driver) (1 was driving in the trunk at the back). The way back was no better: instead of leaving at 7:45 on the Sozopol-Kharkiv bus, we were picked up at 12:10 by a yellow "hearse", which went further along the resorts to collect tourists. As a result, we got to the bus only at 16:00. We spent all the time waiting at a bus stop in the sun. The host of the WELT office in Bulgaria reported that she was not responsible for the transfer. In addition, the drivers on the way back were Bulgarians, they smoked all the way in the cabin, they didn’t react to comments, they didn’t stop every 3-4 hours, only when all the passengers were already indignant, they could stop at some kind of forest plantation (like a toilet). At the same time, they allowed themselves to get off the bus, close all the passengers and go to the store to stock up on packs of beer and mineral water. In general, if you do not want to spoil your vacation, never contact the travel agency in Nikolaev "Impromptu" and in other companies do not use the services of a travel agent TK-WELT. It's just awful and a ruined holiday. I do not think that the travel agency did not know about the problems with WELT, but continued to offer their services. Disgusting travel agency and the same tour operator. But in general, I really liked Bulgaria, I advise you to relax there, only through TESS TOUR or better by plane.
