Information for future tourists on tours from the company. Situation: I was interested in the following tour: Prague Avia + Vienna (one-day bus tour).
The site declared the cost in hryvnias from 12 thousand hryvnias, which is approximately from 332 euros.

The head of the company Maxim (here we note that absolutely at the exact time specified) sends by mail, according to him, the detailed price list of the cost of the tour (the tour was planned for the end of May).

The striking cost of the tour immediately caught my eye, which exceeds the declared price by 3-almost 4 times ((((((

Moreover, in the conversation, after obviously the head of the travel agency Expressia-SV, could not reasonably explain the financial points, there was a fact of obvious irritation, lack of restraint and sending anywhere, they say, "we can do without such clients."

P.S. The post is written as a warning to gullible tourists like me. But, unfortunately for the head of the travel agency, I have a good understanding of financial matters.
What services the company provides - to judge by those who nevertheless used the services of Expressia-SV, but the fact that there is NO CULTURE OF CUSTOMER SERVICE AT THE COMPANY!
