May in St. Petersburg

Rested on the May family, chose the "Grand Tour". We decided for a long time, we wanted to do it ourselves, but we decided to take the tour again. At the last moment, I read the reviews (mostly negative). All my worries were in vain. Despite the full bus, compared to my summer trip with Selena Tour, everything was very good. First of all, I want to note our guide from "Lena-tour" Katya. This is a super professional. She tried to use every minute of our time to the maximum, although our program was already very intense. Katya cheered up the people, smoothed over some controversial points, tried to help everyone individually. An extraordinary person and an exceptional professional! Everyone was fascinated by her! I would like to note the living conditions: "Pribaltiyskaya" is cool! I was afraid that it would be cold, but they have heat in May. There were comments that at the very beginning they changed the tour program without warning. It happened to us too, but it was all done in our interests.

Alena, the leader of the group, despite her lack of experience, left a good impression with a sincere and humane attitude towards tourists. It is felt that they work with the drivers as a team. Drivers Sasha and Viktor are great! Back, as they say, rushed. Sasha also liked to entertain tired tourists with jokes. Nothing is perfect. If desired, I could dig and find cons. But I do not want to do this, but I want to say "Expression-SV", "Chocolate" and "Lena-Tour" THANK YOU SO MUCH!
