Journey to a fairy tale

Hello beloved "Chocolate Tour". Thank you so much for the gift of the story. You are the only firm that truly works for the client. The organization was at the highest level! I liked absolutely everything. All the excursions according to the program were (and don’t believe what they write supposedly had to pay extra for something (someone wrote about the Amber Room) all this is complete nonsense !!!) and additional excursions were everything (the prices for them were the same as they said during the purchase of the tour, no more). There were no problems with the settlement (but since the official accommodation was from 14.00, and we arrived earlier in St. Petersburg, at first not all tourists had enough rooms BUT it was only until 14.00, that is, returning from the excursion they settled in their rooms, and while their things were with those who received the rooms.So everyone had the opportunity to change clothes and take a shower (but this already depends on the goodwill of the tourists).The LDM hotel is not bad enough, we got a good double room (as agreed in advance) with a TV, telephone, refrigerator, heater (since it is still cold at the end of May) and amenities in the room (there was hot water and the shower worked!). They fed wonderfully; We had lunch in a cafe at the place of the excursion. For lunch, there was always the first and second (in some cafes, the waiters even offered supplements). It was such that due to the excursion, lunch was shifted, but they were fed, so there was no question of a snack, everyone was full and happy. (this is information for those who are very afraid to eat a couple of hours later). Many thanks to the guide Ekaterina (from St. Petersburg), she told a very interesting story and it was not only dry facts, but also many interesting legends. Special thanks to our drivers Igor and Evgeny. Such professionals are very rare these days. They always answered our questions with courtesy and a smile and patiently waited for everyone to gather on the ground (after stops for a bite to eat) Thanks to them, we did not stand for a long time at the border; and being in St. Petersburg, we did not stand in a single traffic jam. They were so able to organize transfers that we spent a minimum of time on the road, and a maximum of time for a walk in the parks (for example). Guys, thank you very much. In general, all the excursions that "Chocolate" promised were and they gave us enough time for free time in St. Petersburg, so we managed to see a lot. We were very pleased with the trip.
