Thanks for an unforgettable trip!

I went this year from 14 to 19 August. Only good impressions and warm memories of the trip remained. Vouchers were ordered through the Atlantic travel agency in Donetsk. When we arrived at the office, we were answered all our questions, and they were also offered the front seats on the second floor of the bus, of course, if they were not yet occupied. A couple of days later, we were sent a contract, and on August 11, a waybill was posted on the site of the Chocolate company, and it happened - my sister and I got the promised places on the second floor!

As it was indicated in the waybill, at 8.30 a bus was served, the drivers Igor and Evgeniy met the tourists near the bus, very friendly people. We got up and took our seats. Of course, probably, every trip has its drawbacks - in Kyiv during the departure we were caught by rain and it so happened that I got a seat, which for some unknown reason was constantly wet, left at the appointed time - 9.00, at first I did not notice the inconvenience on my place, but an hour after departure it became somehow uncomfortable, and there were still two hours left before the stop. I called the driver, told the situation, at first the driver got up, thought that it was dripping on the seat from above, brought a napkin and wanted to close the place where the water got on the seat, but there was no water anywhere, and the seat was wet for no reason, after a couple minutes he brought me a blanket with which I covered my seat, after which the uncomfortable conditions did not bother me anymore. I expected that they would tell me that these were my problems and either tell me to cover myself with whatever I wanted, or move to the back of the bus to an empty seat, but no. Many thanks to the drivers for their indifference and attention to tourists! We stood at the Ukrainian customs for 2 hours, but only because another tourist bus passed customs in front of our bus and because there were about 70 people in our bus. Unfortunately, two tourists were landed on the Ukrainian border. A huge request to tourists - check the availability of all documents if you are going somewhere, especially if you take children on a trip, especially if you are not their parents, so as not to delay everyone else and not bring inconvenience to people who take responsibility for you and people who work at customs.

The check-in at the hotel was supposed to be at 14.00, which, to be honest, outraged me, as after a day on the road, without changing clothes, without buying, go on an excursion. But at one of the stops, the drivers told us that if we had time to arrive before 9 am, we would check into a hotel in the morning. We arrived at 6.30, there were still 2 and a half hours before the tour. Despite the fact that the hotel is a student house - a hostel, everything is clean everywhere, the rooms are clean and tidy, freshly renovated, amenities for 2 rooms, there is always hot water in the shower. Again, thanks to the drivers that still managed to arrive before 9 o'clock and did not have to feel uncomfortable for another half a day.

Breakfasts were at the hotel - they fed quite tasty, they gave fruit every day, lunches were in a cafe, they also fed hearty and tasty.

Throughout the 4 days of our stay on excursions, we were accompanied by a guide - a representative of the travel agency of St. Petersburg "Lena-Tour". Thank you very much for the interesting excursions, excellent story, interesting facts from the life of the city, stories about the city, legends, she did an excellent job!

As for additional excursions, unfortunately I didn’t visit all of them, but I expected that the cost would be higher, because. on the site of the travel agency "Atlantic" prices were slightly different.

After each excursion, the guide set the time at which we had to be near the bus, but some not quite conscious tourists thought only of themselves and were often late, the guide and drivers waited until the last, until everyone got on the bus.

On the last day, something not very pleasant happened - one girl from our tour group got lost, the most interesting thing is that she was traveling with her mother, but her mother walked separately, and the girl separately, even if the child was 16 years old. A huge request to tourists, if you are traveling with children, please follow them!

So here I would like to express a few wishes. Dear so-called unfortunate tourists, if you are planning to travel abroad, then first of all check your documents, if you are traveling with children, then watch them, and do not leave them to yourself! And yet, if the waybill says that the arrival is approximately at 17.00 in Kyiv, then this means that it may be later, you are adults and must understand that this is a road, that you need to go through customs. Because we had enough smart people who bought train tickets from Kyiv at 3 pm. So that because of you such drivers do not rush along the night road like crazy at your own peril and risk, if only you could catch your train!
