We purchased a tour for 4 people to St. Petersburg on September 19, 2017 with departure from Kyiv. We were notified two weeks before that the tour was postponed to September 20th. I had to urgently hand over tickets to Kyiv and buy new ones. But an even bigger surprise awaited us two days after the postponement of the tour: "Please note that the tour will not go on 20.09." I sent a letter for a refund and called every other day for two weeks with one question - "When will you return the money." The answer from the manager Lyudmila was one: "I will hurry the accountant." As a result, the money was returned, but the rest is a spoiled vacation, loss of commissions from the delivery of railway tickets and complete disappointment in the chocolate travel agency.
