What I want to say ... the organization was completely disappointing (maybe it's just that I was "lucky" with our guide)

Let's start with the bus ...... 18 seats in the entire bus did not fold out (broken, etc.); the promised TV did not work; air conditioners .... worked ... if you can call it that ..... or they didn’t feel it at all during the day, or turned on at night ... and on the way back everyone on the bus froze terribly (taking into account the fact that children were traveling on the bus (pupils).

Settlement. Instead of the promised hotel in St. Petersburg, we were settled in Pushkin. The resettlement ended around 12 at night, there were a lot of disputes, inconsistencies with tourists (everything was very ill-conceived). Of course, it's good that in Pushkin there was a hotel with better conditions, BUT we spent a lot of time moving, getting to St. Petersburg. This was extremely inconvenient, as we were late for many excursions, again wasting time on the move.

Due to the fact that the hotel was not in St. Petersburg, there was still such a problem as getting to this very hotel on your own. For example ... some tourists went on an additional excursion, and some tourists got to the hotel as best they could. And this: the metro, then a minibus to Pushkin to the station, and from there another minibus to the hotel, then another walk .... Imagine how this entire route can be traveled by yourself in the evening or by a group of schoolchildren? Taking into account the fact that, as it turned out (!) The minibus from the station in Pushkin to the hotel only works until 8.30, and since we didn’t know this, one girl walked the entire route on foot (neither more nor less ... an hour and a half spent on it). Another remark here. Why is there no care for those tourists who did not take additional excursions? That is, he didn’t pay, get to the hotel as you like, is this already his problem?

An escort who drove the group from Kyiv to St. Petersburg. This is a completely separate issue ..... The first time I meet such an accompanying guide. there was a feeling that this person was simply disgusting to work with tourists. At first, of course, he told everything beautifully, promised a lot of things .... And then ... The man drank alcohol every evening. One morning I even overslept and was late for the morning gathering by almost an hour. And all the tourists were waiting for him in the hotel lobby all this time. Well, what good is that? He did not answer for the tourists at all, all the time he threatened every now and then: a minute of being late is your problem. Despite the fact that the bus was left far from the place of the excursion, at least once he asked if everyone remembered where to return. The same fountain closing festival. It's already night, 10 pm, 30 thousand people .... they left the bus for blocks 7. All the guides were waiting for their groups at the exit from the park, but he disappeared and only indicated the time to return to the bus in another case, your problems. At the end of all our wishes there was an answer "If you don't like it, please, an individual tour, and I will walk hand in hand with you." I understand, maybe we were wrong somewhere, but where is there even a drop of competent communication with a client, that is, with a tourist?

I will return to alcohol again ... The driver also used it. 1 day he walked in a state of intoxication. It is clear that there is his partner behind the wheel. But how little can happen? The 2nd driver must always be on the substitution! And taking into account the fact that 1 driver drove us 2 days in a row (the 1st day until 3.30 am, the 2nd until 2 am), he, of course, was tired and not as attentive as expected. And he is responsible for 70 passengers! He should be well-rested and well-rested, and not almost 2 days behind the wheel with 3 hours of sleep time!

In general ..... I didn’t like the organization itself ....
