Peter is undeniably handsome.

But the organization of chocolate and lena tour are rather crappy tour operators.

1. At the time of payment for the tour, a normal hotel was announced 5 minutes from the metro. In fact, they settled in a zazhope, a feeling that this is generally a hostel. Toilets are broken. There is no heating. There was no hot water in many rooms.

2. Breakfast... just no words, pasta with tea? and then either not, or ended, or you stand and beg.

3. At the time of payment for the tour, we asked if there are any discounts for children? If there are, what are they? The answer is no. Moreover, for all excursions, the child was charged money as for an adult, in the end it turned out that in Peterhof, the Hermitage, the Kunstkamera, etc. admission for children is free.

4. It was not announced about the possibility of getting a discount for students, although the question was voiced

5. the travel agent accompanying the group often didn't care about the problems and questions of tourists. The main thing for her was to be the first to run to the coffee machine and the toilet at bus stops.

6. some of the excursions were stupidly replaced; the rest were mixed up, as a result, all plans for some other pastime were futile.

7. the bus is basically tolerable, but somehow the seats are too closely spaced. (but that's more of a nitpick)

8. The drivers are really intelligent and good people, thanks to them for the trip.

9. The guide is an old woman... well, it's like... it's impossible to say that it's bad... but it's somehow chaotic... I didn't like it more - I liked it, although it's a matter of perception.
