Just arrived from Turkey. We chose the tour directly at the Shiktravel office, manager Elena. Requirements were fundamentally on the first line. Manager Elena even specified the floor and the presence of a balcony. upon arrival it turned out that the accommodation is 2 km from the sea and you have to walk through the village to the sea 2 km. Elena did not answer phone calls. in the office of the company, a girl picked up the phone and said only that she didn’t know anything, they couldn’t help. It was not possible to solve the problem on the spot, the tour operator and at the reception said that they could make a rebooking only after they were contacted from the Shiktravel office. And this is normal, even when a tourist just wants to change the hotel. Shiktravel completely froze, they didn’t answer SMS and calls at all, just scammers. seen in the office, I came with a small child and asked for a hotel in principle on the first line and another 30 dollars from me they took a surcharge like for a bigger balcony. I do not advise this tour company to anyone, scammers in the center of Kyiv. Collected documents preparing a lawsuit
