with Chance Tour there is no chance - terrible transfer to the hotel

So we were taken. Our acquaintances left their hotel "Vigo" completely exhausted, as they sat in the hall with their things for almost six hours. Their mood was appropriate, and there was a long road ahead. People called all the money from their cell phones, they even wanted to call the embassy. By the way, the bus was supposed to leave the tourist gathering place at 18.00, we arrived at 19.00. That is, the rest of the tourists and drivers were waiting for us for an hour, simply because Diana and Zhivko had all of us in mind. It is also very sad to realize this. But the drivers were Ukrainian, and this fact made me very happy. I would like to say a huge thank you to them. All the way they were very attentive to the passengers, stopped at the first request, settled all conflicts with a smile.

From this situation, our family has drawn its own conclusions. First: never, under any pretext, travel to Bulgaria by bus. Second: never use the services of "Chance Tour" again. Third: until we ourselves begin to respect each other and defend our rights, no one will do it for us. Draw your own conclusions!
