We did not like the fact that for some aspects of the trip we overpaid several times more than it was worth. But the quality of service was quite normal. Organizational and informational aspects were normally carried out. There were simply moments for which we paid in advance, but they were not organized, because of this there were disruptions in the schedule and we had to deal with the organization of these issues ourselves, which was supposed to be organized by the travel agency. We also had flight delays, our plane was delayed for 12 hours. We still have not been compensated for the postponement of the flight, and at departure they took away some of the souvenirs, for which we were not warned that they could be taken away. From the beginning, everything was good enough, but then everything began to break down.
