One day excursion to Pripyat and Chernobyl

I wanted to visit Pripyat for a very long time! I have been interested in this topic since my school years! It all started before the S.T.A.L.K.E.R.

Of course, I'm not a fan of this series, but I went through all of them, and I do not argue that they did not weakly fuel interest in the Exclusion Zone!

And so I said to myself that this year I simply have to visit Pripyat, since the construction of a new Arch has begun. And I really wanted to see the sarcophagus in the form that has been standing since 1986. And now there is an opportunity to visit the Zone in April of this year. I immediately agreed!

"Behind the thorn" we spent the whole day and this day will remain in my memory forever!

We've been everywhere we can. They fed the "catfish" in a cooling pond, were 300 meters from the sarcophagus, walked around the streets of Pripyat, even visited abandoned villages (Cherevach, etc.). The tour guide was simply gorgeous: he told a lot and was very interesting! A separate conversation can be started about food during the tour. After half a day running around interesting places, naturally everyone was hungry. we were taken to the Chernobyl canteen. I certainly did not expect that I would get such a dinner for such money!

What else can I say? Bravo! Yaroslav, thank you very much for such a wonderful trip to Pripyat! Keep up the good work! And it is necessary that all the organizers strive for your service.
