Booked with his wife a trip to Sudak, Crimea.
The girl in the office was immediately explained that we needed a room in a boarding house with all amenities and air conditioning, and we voiced our request twice. The girl assured us that everything would be all right.
Upon arrival, it turned out that the air conditioner did not smell - only one fan; further, instead of the 4 minutes she promised to get to the sea, it turned out to be necessary to saw 20 minutes in the heat. And as it turned out later, we were simply hooked up to another tour operator, with his attendants, on the lists of which we got on the LAST day !!!
In general, the girl in the office has no idea where and in what conditions she sends you, and when asked to show photos of boarding houses, she will show you completely left photos.
