I will describe only the facts: We had a collective trip - 50 people paid for 10 days - lived 9. No one had medical insurance. Now about the drivers and the bus. The company has 2 permanent drivers and they go to Bulgaria nonstop every 3 days. Some are brought to Rovno from Bulgaria and after 2 hours (!) they go back. We were promised a new modern bus - Neoplan arrived with broken seats and narrow aisles and lack of air conditioning (they
seers saved gasoline). Drivers do not have time not only to rest, but also to repair and inspect the bus. On the road, brake pads burned and brake fluid boiled. When they drove us to Bulgaria, they wandered around Ukraine and Romania for 2 days.
