We treat the choice of a tour operator very carefully, especially if we are planning our tour outside of Ukraine. Asian countries, as you know, are famous not only for their good service, but also for the presence of pitfalls in the event of force majeure, hotel categories, etc. We were pleasantly surprised that our small town of Alchevsk has a wonderful team of professionals! In the travel agency Freya Tour, we were not only prompted by the "right hotel" (where the number of stars coincided with the proper level of service), but also helped with honey. →
Freya Tour was promised to be delivered to Evpatoria on a modern bus with a direct flight. Instead, it turned out to be a Setra with redesigned seats (with a reduced distance between the seats), which drove only to Simferopol, and there they were transferred to something like a minibus, not the first freshness. As it turned out, Freya Tour knew about this from the very beginning and lied, honestly looking into their eyes. → |
