lame travel agency

I used to use the services of Lux-Tour, but since they left the market, I turned to Fortuna Tour. The promises were dreamy, but as it turned out - SUCKS.

1. The bus (50 seats) was in a terrible state, the promising air conditioner did not work, on the way back from Lazurny we almost got boiled, the children suffered the road so badly for the first time.

2. Prices, as it turned out on the way, are more expensive than other operators. I paid 570 UAH. (road 550 hryvnas + insurance 20 hryvnias), while vacationers from other companies were traveling with us in the same bus and they paid 500 hryvnias for the same flight (Poltava-Lazurne), which included the road and insurance.

3. Vacationers of other travel agencies were taken home, and we were taken to the bus station and that's it, despite the fact that we had two children of 6 and 4 years old with us.

I DO NOT RECOMMEND. Choose another tour operator, the market is great!!!!
