Good travel agency, treat people like you treat yourself

I have been served in this travel agency for the 4th year already, everything suits me, I used the services of this company several times to travel to the seas of Ukraine, I was in the Crimea and Azov, always excellent, comfortable buses, they try to transport people as close to places as possible booked accommodation ... This year I arranged a tour to the Carpathians for Trinity with them, I liked everything very much, the program was well thought out and very rich, while we didn’t gallop from place to place, not having time to see all the sights. Such a tour, I note, is affordable for almost every Poltava resident at least once a year, the prices are acceptable, the hotel is excellent, although I thought it would be worse. Special thanks to Irina Alexandrovna, she, it seems to me, is doing what she loves, all tourists are always "kindly treated", all the whims of clients are fulfilled, without gritting my teeth (I judge in relation to me personally and to those who were present in the office at the time of my registration) . I left this review not for the purpose of campaigning, because we have complete freedom of choice in our country, I just wanted to express my gratitude to Fortuna Tour at least with such a trifle as leaving a good review...
