Bad travel agency

Every person has a dream, and we had such a dream - to get into a fairy tale. Instead, we went through 7 circles of hell. We wanted to celebrate the New Year in Transcarpathia. We turned to a travel company, bought a tour for 4 days.

Our holiday was organized by "Fortuna" tour in Poltava. The trip was such that you wouldn't wish it on your enemy. It all started with the departure, which was delayed by 1.5 hours. We rode all over the Poltava region, collecting tourists. As a result, before reaching Kyiv, the bus broke down. 5 hours stood in the steppe in the rain and in the cold.

Everything was getting better, but the day of stay in Transcarpathia disappeared, although they were paid. The tour guide in Transcarpathia, Vasily Vasilyevich, managed to make this region fall in love with us.

The return home was even worse. The bus is out of order, the driver is alone, without a partner, the wipers don't work, and it's raining outside. The driver falls asleep on the way. They returned home for almost 2 days, did not go to work. And here they do not pick up the phone, do not answer phone calls and are not going to compensate for our material and moral costs.

Thanks to the leader of the group, Olechka, a young but wise girl who took on all the bumps and tried to somehow brighten up this whole nightmare. She got the most, although the “Fortune” tour should be responsible for everything.
