Disappointment

I have been using this tour company for many years now. I have always been very satisfied and have recommended this company to all my friends. But the last trip was just awful! Rested in August in the Crimea. The rest was good, but the whole impression of the trip was spoiled by the way back! An elderly driver came for us in a yellow Mercedes BA 3056 AM. Very rude to passengers. He was driving, breaking all the rules, several times he almost collided with oncoming cars, leaned out the window and shouted obscenities at the drivers who tried to reprimand him. When we asked him to go slower, he said that he was going 90 km / h, although the speedometer was 120 km / h. We were buzzing all over the bus. One woman prayed all the way. Everyone rode in a terrible tension. They were afraid to make comments to him, because he immediately began to freak out. We arrived, of course, quickly, but until the last we were not sure that we would stay alive! Upon arrival, they tried to contact the director of the company to share their impressions, but they could not find her on the spot. We believe that you need to select drivers more carefully! We trust you with our lives. There has never been a worse trip in our life!
