For the first time we used the services of Forte-V in 2014. I could not get enough of cooperation with them: visa processing, preparation for the trip, the trip itself - everything was fast, perfect.

This year, everything seemed to be the same, we went to Bulgaria by minibus, paid 90 euros in two directions, but two days before departure, we receive an SMS that we will go back by a regular bus to Odessa, and then another minibus will pick us up there . We have three children, the youngest is 4 years old, they overpaid for a minibus on purpose, so that it would be faster to get there, so that documents were processed faster at the border. We agreed on one thing, and here, without any explanation of the reasons, they simply "pleased" us. I demanded an explanation, so it turned out a lot of interesting things. It turns out the driver paid a fine for our children that they were without child seats!!! and now they will not transport children without seats. So excuse me, we did not turn to a neighbor or godfather to take us to the sea. We turned to a travel agency, a legal entity. It was they who should have warned us that we needed chairs. Moreover, that year, my husband asked them about chairs, so they said that it was not necessary, you could even take the youngest child in your arms to save money.

We went there by minibus for about 20 hours, we drove back for 27 hours. We have not yet traveled by such a bus, we were not warned about anything. We waited an hour and a half for a bus in Sozopol at a stop in the sun, there was practically nowhere to hide. For almost a day the children were hungry, since the regular bus did not stop anywhere, except for customs control. There was nowhere to buy water or food. The chair in the bus practically does not lean, the younger children took turns sleeping lying down (in the minibus, the chair unfolds almost horizontally).

Due to the fact that I began to resent through a unilateral change in the conditions of transportation (as they wrote to us "because of your claims"), we were denied a transfer to the bus.

In addition, we learned that a round-trip ticket for the Kyiv-Sozopol regular bus costs 60 euros (one-way ticket 30, and we paid 45 euros).

Most likely, everything that Boichenko V. M. wrote to me about the reasons for the changes is just fiction or partially invented. They probably didn’t have passengers to Bulgaria and they scammed us (I can’t call a situation when one side refuses to fulfill its obligations, except as a scammer.)

Here is such an unpleasant experience of cooperation with a travel agency.
