Is everything according to the rules?

Good afternoon! In this travel agency I purchased 3 tickets (2 adults + 1 child) from Kirovograd to Zhelezny Port and back. But the day before the date of return from Zhelezny Port to Kirovograd, I “managed” to get poisoned with something tasty, so much so that it would be difficult for me and my child to ride the bus, but also for passengers who were returning from vacation. Therefore, it was decided to warn the managers of this travel agency about the refusal of tickets with a request for a refund. To which the answer was received that ticket cancellations (no matter for what reasons: changed my mind, fell ill, died .... you can continue indefinitely) with a possible (!) Refund are accepted no later than three days before the departure of the bus. BUT Lord, not everything in this life can be planned! It is clear that Ukraine is a powerless state! But sometimes you just have to be human!
