Travel agency: Форте-В (Kropyvnytskyi) Service type: экскурсионный тур |
On July 14-24 of this year, I went on a tour "Pearl of the Black Sea" (Bulgaria-Turkey-Romania) through the travel agency "Forte-V Kirovograd". This trip was a big disappointment for me. Although the cost of the trip was higher than in other travel agencies, its organization was carried out at an extremely low level. It seems that it was organized not by professionals, but by beginners in the tourist business.
Already when filling out the visa application form, its head V.M. Boychenko did not say about the benefits that I was entitled to. And instead of 15 euros, I paid her 60 euros for obtaining a visa. When I learned about the benefit from other participants in the trip, she refused to pay me the difference, although she personally filled out the application form for me and personally accepted the money for the visa.
The indifferent attitude towards customers was manifested not only in this. All excursions that were indicated in the information sheet of the tour, its participants had to organize themselves and the prices for them turned out to be much higher than indicated in the information sheet "Forte-B". Shopping in Turkey was planned, but no time was given for it. Excursion to the "Castle of Dracula" in Romania generally fell through. It seems that there was no leader in the group. I had to go by the head of V.M. Boychenko, but on the day of the trip it turned out that she was not going, and instead of her, the teacher of the Kirovograd gymnasium No. 9 would be the eldest on the trip. The same one insisted that she was a tourist like everyone else.
As for transport, the Mercedes in which we were traveling did not even have air conditioning. As it turned out, he was not at all ready for such a long trip. On the way back, he was moving at a speed of 12-50 km per hour, as something had gone wrong in him. The TV was broken and didn't work either. The path is long, the heat is up to 36 degrees - and the management of the travel agency, knowing about the breakdown, did not make any attempts to help.
The only pleasant impression from this travel agency is the driver, who, with all this, showed calmness and restraint, was alone and let us all far away, without resting himself. This is despite the fact that even to Kyiv passengers are carried by two drivers in a bus.
We returned home swollen from lack of air, heat and slow driving.
You simply wonder how it is allowed that such travel agencies as "Forte-V" - Kirovograd" exist in the country!!!
